When do we offer the classes?
Individuals seeking training will be added into CPR classes that are already scheduled. Sign up by filling out and sending the form below. Sign up A.S.A.P, since most classes fill quickly.
Classes are held at CFPD’s Station #1, 31 N. Washington Street, Cortez, CO
Group classes are scheduled by request.
Pay early and secure a place in the class by using the "CPR Class Pre-Payment” button or scan the QR code below. Payment can also be made on the day of the class by credit card (fee applied), cash, money order or check.
How do I sign up?
Fill out the form below (click on “Sign Up Form”), someone will contact you with more information.
(CFPD will contact students if the class is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances. Students may choose to reschedule the class at a later date or arrange for a refund)

Address Signs

Unmarked or hard to find address numbers are a common problem for many Fire Districts. Precious minutes can be spent as first responders search for a house that does not have a marked address or the numbers are hard to see from the road. This is why it is so important to have large, reflective numbers on your mailbox. If a mailbox is not present, place the numbers on the street side of your house where they can be seen easily from the roadway.
Green, reflective address signs are now available through the Cortez Fire Protection District. To order a sign, either call us at (970) 565-3157 or fill out the form below. Each sign takes about 2-3 days to make. Signs can be picked up at Station #1 (31 N. Washington Street, Cortez, Colorado).
Payment via credit/debit card (fee applied), money order, check or cash can be made when you pick up the sign or by using the “Address Sign Payment” button or scan the QR code below.
